Steve is a Partner in the Health & Benefits business in Mercer’s Chicago office and brings over 20 years of experience in the health care industry. He specializes in leading engagements with large and jumbo clients.
Steve is a senior client lead, which includes working with these clients developing and implementing cost control and plan management strategies, analyzing the viability of new market innovations, assessing the impact of health care reform initiatives, formulating approaches to meet compliance requirements, and advising clients on consumer-driven health plans, health and productivity strategies and performance networks.
